Viaalink Relay is your own server on your own domain, with automatic HTTPS.

A Viaalink Relay is the door that gives you an address: one address where people and phones reach what you share, from anywhere. You run a Relay on your own server, NAS, or PC and point your own domain name at it. From your machine, you publish a local port with the Viaalink CLI:

bash

Your machine connects out to your Relay, which publishes it as an HTTPS address on your own domain and carries calls through firewalls.

Who it is for

Viaalink Relay is built for people and organizations who want their addresses, meetings, and notes on their own machines:

  • Developers who want to publish a local port from localhost to a real HTTPS address on their own domain with via publish 3000.
  • Offices and teams running an office Relay on a NAS or PC to unlock meetings and chat in the Viaalink app, including calls through firewalls.
  • Organizations self-hosting a Relay on a Linux server or in Docker under their own domain.
